MEET BILLIE MILLER...

Billie Miller is a "Customer Service Guru". He has 20 years of Customer Service experience. Billie's training first began as a bus person in a restaurant located in the Hilton Hotel. He then moved up to room service, waiter, and eventually to management. It was there that he took customer service seriously and took it upon himself to invest time, energy, and finances to becoming a "Customer Service Guru". Billie often says,
"My goal is to 'WOW' each customer by going far above their expectations."
Billie received letters from SATISFIED customers on a regular basis. He also received EVERY award that the Hilton had to offer except one. Not bad huh? Years later Billie started working at The Salt Shaker Bookstore & Cafe. Billie connected with many people because of his friendliness, caring heart, and welcoming attitude. Now Billie is salesman at a NEW furniture store called "Furniture Fair". Billie continues to give customers a kind and wonderful experience. He's the new kid on the block but he is already CONNECTING with so many people. This is not to brag on Billie, but to inform his loyal customers about "What's Next" for him.
